Also, our company undertakes installation of any type of structural fabrication in accordance with customers' preferred designs.
We have a separate division for offering services to IT industry. The division offers designing, fabrication, and installation of communication Towers for GSM/CDMA/Wireless Networks in any part of India. In addition, we undertake site work that includes fabrication and erection of storage tanks used in bulk storage, piping for any media, plant structure, and plant equipment. Being quality-oriented organization, the complete task is carried out under strict quality control supervision. To ensure qualitative work, our company executes all projects under third party inspection along with our own quality control assurance cell. Keeping in mind industry standard quality norms, non destructive tests are carried out that include Radiography and Ultrasonic Examinations. At approved laboratories, raw material such as Plates and Pipes are tested to assess Physical and Chemical properties.
Spread over a large area of 800 sq. mt. in Navi Mumbai, our fabrication shop is well equipped with all modern facilities. The fabrication shop contains all required machines for M.S and S.S fabrication with material handling capacity up to 10 tones. All the machines are highly efficient and productive with capacity to process bulk orders in minimum lead time. In order to keep them perfect and well performing, our technical team regularly inspect the functioning and working condition of each machine and equipment.
